Micro Cap markets are filled with shady companies and just outright scams. Hopefully this site will give you some of the resources to determine what is legit and what is not. This sites goal is to be a repository and reference for due diligence on micro cap stocks and scams.

This site is mainly aimed towards micro cap markets but of course much of it is relevant elsewhere.
Intentions
This site is a work in progress, quite disorganized ATM but getting there :). My intention is to have a conveniently laid out reference site with links to all the usual and unusual sites for internet DD. Whether i ever add any "real" content other than "Turning The Flashlight On" who knows? but i will always continue to add links :) .
